2022 - 65th Annual Charity Ball
Greetings: Illustrious Potentate, Illustrious Commandress, Nobles, Daughters and Friends
The Officers and Members of Golconda Temple No. 24 and Ball Committee have completed arrangements for our Annual Charity Ball honoring Illustrious Potentate Hasjonn P. Simmons and Past Potentate Nathaniel Bryant Jr. The Ball will be held at the Hanover Marriott, 1401 Route 10 East, Whippany, New Jersey on Saturday, March 5, 2022. The doors will open at 6:30 P.M. and dinner will be served at 8:00 P.M. The evening’s activities will also include dancing and a cash bar.
TICKETS AND HOUSING:
Ball Tickets will be available through PayPal and for group sales 8 tickets or more through the Ticket Chairman, Noble Robert Holloway, at (917)-295-8026 and/or golcondaball2022@gmail.com. You may contact Noble Robert Holloway for group tickets (8 or more) and room reservations. The ticket price is $100.00 per person.
1. Tickets can be purchased on the Golconda Temple No. 24 Website (www.golcondatemple24.org) via PayPal. The ticket is $100.00 per person when paying on PayPal and includes the full weekend of festivities beginning on Thursday March 3, 2022. Please note: There is a $3.00 surcharge on each ticket purchased through PayPal for a total cost of $103.00.
2. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
3. The room rate is $122.00 per night x 14.625% tax ($17.84) totaling $139.83 per night.
4. You must contact the ticket chair for room availability (917)-295-8026
5. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the 2-nights.
6. Rooms reservations are non-refundable.
7. All group sales of 8 or more tickets must go through the Ticket Chairman.
8. Those having limited internet access may call Noble Robert Holloway (917)-295-8026 to secure tickets and housing. All purchases will be accommodated, but tickets will not be mailed out.
9. Tickets will be available for pick-up the weekend of the Ball at the Marriott Hotel. Those picking up tickets can contact Noble Robert Holloway at the above number.
Wristbands will be available for purchase on February 15, 2022 via PayPal or at the Ticket Table (Ball Weekend) for $50.00 per wristband.

The Dress Code will be as follow:
Nobles: Tails, White Accessories
Daughters: Formal White, Daughters Regalia
Male Guests Attire: Tuxedo, Black Tie
Female Guests Attire: Formal Wear (No Pant Suits)
